Ultra High Purity Regulators with Face Seal Welded Connections

VCR® and VCR® compatible (vacuum face seal) fittings are becoming more and more popular in ultra high purity, welded gas handling systems, such as those found in semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

State-of-the-art, Automatic Tube Welding (ATW) equipment allows Advanced to offer a selection of stainless steel regulators equipped with butt welded vacuum face seal connections. Additionally, Advanced offers a complete line of stainless steel gauges, inlet CGA nipples, diaphragm seal valves and filters with mating vacuum face seal connections. These accessories enable Advanced to custom configure many regulator assemblies without using pipe threads or compression fittings to join components.

Single-Stage, Ultra-High Purity Pressure Reducing Regulators with welded vacuum face seal connections: 1⁄4" female swivel inlet and outlet ports, 1⁄4" male swivel gauges port(s) with installed 1⁄4" female swivel gauge(s). Tied Seat (Positive Seal), Single-Stage, Ultra-High Purity Pressure Reducing Regulators with welded vacuum face seal connections: 1⁄4" female swivel inlet and outlet ports, 1⁄4" male swivel gauges port(s) with installed 1⁄4" female swivel gauge(s).
